Teach your employees math and right attitude before they screw up and blame it on a customer. What a joke. I loved this shop for so long time and one or two uneducated brats as employees ruins everything. Really happy to never go back. Ps. Emily is a great manager. I got nothing against you. You’ve always been great when I visited. My only suggestion is to actually screen who you hire so they have basic qualifications, and stop babysitting “adults” who can’t even come clean about a mistake that she made and gives attitude, and proceeds to just walk away from the desk while customer is standing at the counter making an order.

For the past five years Ruckus has been my exclusive shop. I truly do not go to any other stores because I'm a loyal guy! I love the capitol hill night crew, they're so sweet to chop it up with.

This is my first day in Seattle, from Texas, and Ruckus was the first dispensary I walked into. I informed them it was my first time at a dispensary in Seattle. I asked the bud tender if there was a menu I can look at, she seemed irritated by the question and said "I'm a bud tender, I'll grab you what you want, theres no menu". So she made me vaguely describe what I wanted, and I mentioned how I heard weed was cheap in Washington. She agreed and said "much cheaper than illegal states that's for sure". Then she brought out a few overpriced eighths, ranging from 30 to 40 dollars, and continued to speak to me in a somewhat demeaning manner, as if I don't smoke weed. I didn't want to get ripped off, especially since weed in Texas is much cheaper, so I opted to just buy a pre roll and a lighter, but she acted surprised when I took my card out, then informed me it's cash only after bickering about expensive weed for 10 minutes. I said I'd be back but I lied. I saw there was a QR code that led to the store's menu, but she just refused to tell me it existed. She literally just tried to sell me expensive weed because I'm from out of town. Bad experience. Bad bud tender. I'm not coming back. I went next door to Uncle Ike's and had a much better experience.

Truly the only dispensary I go to. Product is high quality and the bud tenders are even better. All are incredibly knowledgeable! I’ve had great experiences with all but remember lots of great interactions with Nashon and Long! Thank you for a safe spot to buy!

This place is awesome. The people who work here are friendly and really helpful and knowledgeable. They've got a nice selection, the line moves quickly, and they have great daily specials and loyalty rewards. Ruckus is in my neighborhood so this is the only place I go for marijuana products. Highly recommend!
