Been going to this smoke shop since I was 18 (back when 18 was the legal age), always have had great experiences. Very competitive pricing, friendly staff that remembers you, and if something is wrong with the product, they’re willing to help you out. Thank you guys!

The Flum vapes they sell are fake. The man takes it out of the tube and throws the tube away when you purchase it so that you cannot verify if it’s real or not. I have attached a picture of the tube that the Flum should ALWAYS come in, so you can verify if it’s real or not. I will be reporting this store. Who knows what they are selling 🤷🏽‍♀️

This smoke shop used to be my husband's and I's Go To. The prices we couldn't beat ,the location was conveniently near the light rail and we seemed to have a good rapour with the owner I mean we were religious customer s coming there at least , twice a month spending atleat 40 $ up to 85 which isn't the point no matter how much you spend you are always intilted to good customer service. Unfortunately we won't be caught dead coming to this dump again I was raised with the golden rule treat people the way you'd like to be treated the owner of this establishment must want to be treated like a P.O.S thief if he followed the golden rule. It all happened around 2 weeks ago when we in to buy the usual 2 elf bars the 2 for ten butane a small glass bong and a blink torch lighter ( we've never used that brand torch ) he ( the owner) showed us the torch worked and we proceed to check out at this point I wanted a different color torch because we already had a gold one so he switched the torch for a different color business started picking up at that point so I didn't want to take up anymore of his time to show me the torch worked we happily paid the 80 bucks he put are items in a brown bag my husband put the bag in his backpack and we were off as we were walking back to the light rail my husband wanted to check out the new torch and when he went to use the torch unlike the torch the owner had just showed us this torch lit on one setting inferno so we'd only been gone from the smoke shop for maybe 5 minutes so we decided to take it back when we went to show the owner that the torch wouldnt lit on any setting but infurno he looked at the torch the same one that he just st sold us he started excusing my husband of switching the torches like we already had that same exact torch but broke it so are grand scheme was to switch it with the one we just bought for a refund.we assured him that In no way we switched the torch he started arguing that there was no way that torch was a he one he just sold us because it had a scratch on it and he would never sell a torch with a scratch on it and if I could find a torch in the place with a scratch he'd give a refund so I asked to see a similar torch he took it out I asked to look at it and upon looking at the torch there were atleat 6 scratches on it much larger then the one that we purchased so I showed him the scratches on it he literally grabbed it from me threw it in the case and told me it was not scratched that was the pattern on the torch and refused to show any more torches and refused the refund so we refuse to ever step in there again for d much rather be treated with respect than save 5 bucks at a smoke shop.

Coming here for nearly fifteen years and have zero complaints. The two gentleman who own the USS are just that, gentleman. Fantastic pricing across the board and cashiers that are A+ and knowledgeable. Located next to tasty international foods as well. Thank you University Smoke Shop

The glass is good quality, the prices are reasonable and the owner/manager (the man always behind the counter) is very knowledgeable about his products. If you're worried about a card fee, there's an ATM for every major bank and any credit union within a block. There are no returns or exchanges, but let's be honest, would you take back a used pipe? I sure wouldn't. Since Piece of Mind closed, this is the only major smoke shop left in the north U-District. I'm glad it hasn't gone to the owner's head.
